In 2010 we continued the Steelheadaganza tradition, but this time enough people were interested that we booked 2 guides – Todd Daniels and Bonner Daniels.
We had a total blast. My favorite moment was at the end of the day when the guides were cleaning the fish. It was the first steelhead of one of the guys, and we decided to play a joke on him and tell him it was tradition to eat the heart of your first steelhead. He wasn’t too sure, but he took a bite out of the heart anyway – much to our disgust.
